Job Purpose To enhance patient and client experience across the hospital by developing service standards, managing feedback systems and ensuring service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement customer experience strategies.
  • Monitor patient satisfaction indicators.
  • Manage complaints and feedback resolution.
  • Train staff in customer service standards.
  • Conduct service quality assessments.
  • Lead patient engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate front desk and customer care teams.
  • Implement service improvement programs.
  • Monitor patient journey across departments.

Person Specifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, journalism, Hospitality or Public Relations.
