Law and Jurisdiction

The information provided under this website and the terms and conditions therein are governed by and to be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Uganda. Any dispute arising out of the use of this website, whether in contract or tort or otherwise, shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kampala, Uganda for its resolution.

For Media Projection

If our app uses screen sharing (MediaProjection) through the video consultation service during video calls, only when explicitly initiated by the user. Screen content is not recorded, stored, or accessed without the user's permission.

For Phone State

Required to support phone-related functionality and manage interruptions while using certain features of the UMC Hospitals app. No personal user data, call history, or call content is collected or stored through this permission.
