Reports To Manager Operations / Chief Operations Officer
Job Purpose To oversee hospitality services within the hospital including Laundry, housekeeping,Mantenance, patient comfort services and front-facing hospitality standards to ensure patients and visitors experience a clean, comfortable and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage housekeeping, catering and hospitality support services.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and patient comfort across hospital facilities.
  • Develop hospitality service protocols aligned with hospital patient care standards.
  • Monitor catering services for patients, staff and visitors.
  • Ensure compliance with infection prevention and control guidelines.
  • Manage hospitality staff schedules and performance.
  • Monitor patient satisfaction related to environment and hospitality services.
  • Coordinate with nursing and clinical teams to support patient needs.
  • Ensure adequate supplies for hospitality operations.
  • Develop service improvement initiatives for patient comfort.

Person Specifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management or related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years experience in hospitality management.
  • Experience in healthcare hospitality or hotel industry preferred.
