Job Purpose To coordinate staff training and professional development programs to enhance workforce competence and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct training needs assessments.
  • Develop annual training plans.
  • Coordinate staff training programs.
  • Monitor compliance with professional licensing and CPD requirements.
  • Maintain training records.
  • Evaluate effectiveness of training programs.
  • Support leadership development initiatives.
  • Coordinate induction programs.

Person Specifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development or Education.

Experience
