Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of hospital supplies and equipment.
• Maintain supplier relationships and contracts.
• Monitor inventory levels and prevent stock-outs.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies.
• Coordinate with pharmacy, laboratory, and stores.
• Track deliveries and verify supplier performance.
• Prepare procurement reports and forecasts.
• Ensure proper storage and stock management.
• Support cost control initiatives.

Person Specifications

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Logistics or Supply Chain Management.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years procurement experience
• Experience in healthcare procurement preferred
