Work Experience Minimum 2 years accounting experience. CPA Level 2 or above preferred.
Qualification Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
Department Finance
Reports To Manager Accounts / Finance Manager
Job Purpose To support the finance department in maintaining accurate financial records,processing transactions and assisting with financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process invoices, payments and receipts.
  • Maintain financial records and ledgers.
  • Assist in reconciliation of accounts.
  • Support payroll processing.
  • Prepare financial reports.
  • Manage petty cash.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies.
  • Assist in audit preparation.
  • Support billing and insurance claims verification.

Person Specifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.

Professional Qualification

  • CPA Level 2 or above preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years accounting experience
